Virtual Institutions within VGN

The Constitution provides for operational rights of the Rational Data network and its platforms. These include:

the communications platform, the commerce platform, the information platform, property law, the learning platform, and virtual institutions.

The Constitution and Definition of Rights are binding documents as per the End User License Agreement (EULA), and are part of the consent given upon signup by users of the network.

The purpose of the constitutional document is to provide an inter-related framework with the definition of rights. The Definition of Rights defines 1) sentient life and life forms, and 2) the rights of individuals, the species, and other species. This includes rights to privacy, free speech, as well as other elements.

The constitutional document outlines the mechanisms of institutional bodies to ensure individual and species wide rights in respect to the network and its use.
