This outline of factors that contribute to the building of digital property law and its relationship to digital safe haven policies, digital property rights, the digital property framework, digital title, and the integration of intellectual property.

Definition of Digital Property Law:

Digital property law deals with the rights associated with digital spaces, collaborative canvases, virtual real estate and or any space that supports multiple simultaneous users that have the capability to change, edit, mark-up, comment on, or make any change to the space. Digital property law deals with the rights of spaces as opposed to the form of information as in intellectual property. Digital property may contain intellectual property and therefore  deals with  the integration, attachment, placement or access to intellectual property within digital spaces.
